This Privacy Policy describes how bulkspools.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels, google analytics, optinMonster (possibly, if active. Currently not), and other apps that use this data.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor WooCommerce, even though we deactivated the setting in the administration functions you never know 100%, WordPress collects things too.
Order information

Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, and some other payment stuffs like checks,(but not digital versions), cod, and other methods of payments), email address, and phone number.
Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor WooCommerce and shipstation.
Customer support information

Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email, what ice cream you like.
Purpose of collection: to provide customer support. (this is really important. People ask about this all the time)
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: Atwood Rope MFG uses this data for customer service and all proper protocols.
We do not store any other information here locally, besides order information, shipping information, addresses, locations, and sometimes if you said hello in the chat or not.

Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the legal age in whatever country you are operating and accessing this website. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If we had our way all of you would be completely protected from the shear amount of awesome you might experience as you surf through our website, but not everyone is so lucky as you. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information that might put them or their beloved children at risk, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
